And no, I'm not quoting Dora the Explorer....I'm saying that these Tortas de Aceite de Ines Rosales are muy delicioso! I discovered these from my mother, who had them at her house. She said they are the perfect accoutrement to coffee and tea.
What they actually are wheat tortas made in a traditional Andalusian confectionery. It has olive oil, sesame and anise seed. But they really taste somewhat sweet, like honey.
