If You Love Crabmeat or Avocado...


...Then this is the dish for you. These crab-stuffed avocados are perhaps the most scrumptious meal I've had in a long, long time. If you want to serve the perfect luncheon dish or special occasion appetizer, you must try this. Of course it is best to cut your avocados the day of so they don't brown, but I even ate the leftovers the next day, and they tasted just as delicious. We put them on a tray covered in bibb lettuce and garnishes of tomatoes, lemon and dill.
