Artists of the Street

When we think of Street Art, one usually thinks of Graffiti. Think Again!! These are true artists that are using the hardscape of our cities as their canvas. Banksy made his spray-paint wall art controversial, (I mean, it IS defacing public property and he does push the taste level a bit) but I think sometimes the wall is better after the spray can hits it, than it was before

Since Banksy does it quickly and anonymously, one isn't positive it's his work, until after he's claimed it.

Isn't this genius? The straw is really a pipe from the river. I don't know where this was taken. But it looks so real.
