Now, THIS is a Chateau


Yes, America has "Chateau style" homes spread all over suburban neighborhoods, but nothing can replicate a real Chateau. This one is in the Upper-Normandy part of France (Seine-Maritime). The large abode sits on 24 acres of valleys and wooded hills, and is on the outskirts of a tiny village. Where the chateau is now first started out as a templars site and was transformed into a home at the beginning of last century. It has passed permission for changing it into a 36 suite hotel. Who's retiring and wants a new challenge? It's being sold with existing furniture, ... ah, come on!
