Is This What the Future Will Be?

I remember when I was a youngster, I had a book called something like Life in the Future, 2010 ... It was of course all imagined and had drawings of what life will maybe be like. I wore that book out. I remember not really understanding if I should think this was the way things were definitely going to be or just a guess? It said crazy things like we would have computers (✓ ) Portable electronic devices in which we could communicate (✓ ) One piece jumpsuits that everyone would wear, all the same (hopefully this one will never be ✓'d off)...I can't remember every one, but who would of ever thought 30 years ago we could do the things we can today?
