Me? I'm a huge fan of two things: Baskets & Container Store. My life seems so much happier when my "things" are in order. As much as I try to have everything organized, I have to work hard to keep it that way. And no matter what, I'll ALWAYS have a junk drawer...or two....or three.Image: cashonandcompany.blogspot.com
The great thing about Pottery Barn, is that a lot of their furniture comes with baskets, such as this piece above.

I really like the look of vintage locker bins, shown above and below, and their size is just perfect for tucking inside shelves or really anywhere. I have used them for DVD's, books, Playstation games.

Another way to use wire baskets, is to hang them on the wall, as show here where they hold fabric samples.

Antique pieces are also handy for storing things, such as this big furniture case above which now holds letters, books, and movies.

The zinc divided tray in the photograph above this one, is a very creative option for a desk organizer, but I like my drawer organizers I get at Container Store, shown above. I use them in every drawer, from desks to bathrooms. It's the best money you can spend.
