Does your office encourage creativity?

The two photos above and the one below are from the office of respected Dallas Interior Designer John Phifer Marrs.  In my opinion, anytime a marble bust or sculpture is added to a room, you boost the sophistication factor tenfold.  This office is elegant yet welcoming. Mixed Furniture Styles,  Frescoes, Chinese Porcelain, Books, Art .... Heaven! Photos courtesy of Decor Dallas.

from Showcase of Interior Design, eastern edition

I really like the above desk area by designers R.E. Bouchard and M.E. Yeck of The Mill Company.  If you look closely, you will notice that this mini "work space" is strategically placed in a bathroom! What a concept! The way the whole space works with the mix of a dark wood chair, light colored desk, modern abstract artwork, vintage telephone, nostalgic family framed photo, pedestal sink... it all comes together in a brilliant way and makes me happy just to look at it.
