My girlfriend just bought me the Metropolitan Home book GLAMOUR Making It Modern by Michael Lassell. What I usually do when I go through a book for the first time is look first at only the pictures than I go back to read the text. But what instantly struck me about this book is all the GREAT words and advice voiced by top designers. I found I was dog-earing every page, and not for the usual photograph, but this time for comments!
