In a move that has sparked much controversy, the singer and actress Miley Cyrus has won the award for Best Video of the Year awards Virgin Media Music Awards.
Cannot be tamed is the first sign of their passage from childhood to adult life of the former Hanna Montana, who thanks to the song managed to oust the favorites of the evening as they were Telephone Lady Gaga and Beyonce and Katy California Gurls Perry.
Other winners of this dedición were Shakira for Best Female Artist, and Plan B, for Best Male Artist, while Muse has won the award for Best Group and, incidentally, Best Live Performance.
Another honoree was Christina Aguilera, who took home the award for Best Comeback.
