Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias topped the list of finalists for Billboard Latin Music 2011 with 14 nominations, followed by Shakira with 13 and the Mexican trio Camila 10, Telemundo announced today.
The announcement of the finalists was made in a special live broadcast of the morning show "Rise," which also highlighted by the number of nominations Juan Luis Guerra, Chino Y Nacho, Aventura, Daddy Yankee, Pitbull, Marc Anthony, Prince Royce Don Omar, El Trono De Mexico and Wisin & Yandel.
Iglesias, who this week received a double platinum certification in the U.S. and Puerto Rico for her album "Euphoria" has positioned itself at the top preference from that production was released in July 2010 and opted for the awards in Latin Artist of the Year categories, Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Male, Top Latin Albums, among others.

In the categories of songs, the Colombian is a finalist with "Mad" featuring The Tasting in the category Hot Latin Songs, Vocal Collaboration and in the category Digital Download Artist of the Year, along with "Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)" .
Camilla Mexicans are finalists in 10 categories by the success of his album "You Love" in the category Top Latin Albums, Album of the Year, Latin Pop Album, Album of the Year and Digital Latin Albums, Album of the Year. Additionally, two of his songs became finalists in the category of Latin Pop Airplay Song of the Year.
While the Dominican Juan Luis Guerra competes in 9 categories including Latin Pop Airplay Artist of the Year, Solo, Tropical Airplay Artist of the Year, Solo, Tropical Albums Artist of the Year, Solo, and along with his group 440, is a finalist by Tropical Airplay Song of the Year and Tropical Album, Album of the Year, and with Enrique Iglesias for the song "I Like It" competes in four categories.
Chinese and Venezuelan youth Nacho, besides being a revelation for the industry, have made their album "Mi Nina Bonita" is in competition in the Latin Rhythm Albums, Album of the Year and his song, "Niña Bonita", is a finalist for Latin Pop Airplay Song of the Year, Tropical Airplay Song of the Year and Artist of the Year Digital Download.
With seven nominations is the Bachata group Aventura, Cuban American rapper Pitbull and Puerto Rican reggaeton star Daddy Yankee.

Ivy Queen, Jowell & Randy, La Original Banda El Limon, Lady Gaga, Lucenzo and Thalia are finalists for two awards each.
Billboard will also present awards for "Spirit of Hope, Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame.
The list of finalists for this year includes new categories including Social Call 50, Latin Artist of the Year, which ranks the artists active in social networking sites most influential worldwide as MySpace, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and iLike.
