Aren't these cookies adorable? They're from Celebrity Cafe and my sweet neighbor brought them over for my sons. They disappeared right after this photo.
SO WHO'S IT GONNA BE?
If I was a "bettin' man," which I am used to be, I would bet the over-under on...... let me think. See, I have this method. And it makes no sense, but here it is. I bet on colours. The colour combination of the team's uniform which I like best.
This method served me well for 2 entire seasons until..... my friend changed my bet without telling me. I remember it like it was yesterday. It was the Cleveland Browns vs. the Miami Dolphins in 1992. When I say "bet", it was with friends and it was $20. I picked the Dolphins, I don't remember the spread. I just thought the pastels of the Dolphins were much cuter than the 1970's of the Brown's brown. Well, I told my friend to put me down for Dolphins over Browns, and without telling me, he put my $20 on the Browns. He thought he was doing me a favour because Cleveland was favoured and he figured I didn't know what I was doing, even though for the entire 2 seasons I had a 100% winning record.
And you guessed it. The Dolphins beat the Browns that day in October 27 to 23. And I haven't made a friendly wager since. But if I WERE to bet on this Superbowl, and I used my old method, I wonder who I would choose ....
OR
WIN: PACKERS ON THIS ONE!
I can't resist green and gold in clothing and jewellery, especially when it comes to Malachite and Emeralds, they win every time!
OR
WIN: STEELERS ON THIS ONE!
The pop and graphicness of the black and the yellow in the home looks so fresh and modern to me. Bold and Chic! It's my new favourite colour combination inside, one of which I'm implementing in some formals for a client currently.
WIN: TIE!
Mother Nature can do no wrong in beautiful colour combinations.
