It's cut somewhat generously in my opinion, but it is the perfect weight, and it is like a rain-coat or wind-breaker but stylish.  It even has a hood that unzips (From a gold zipper. Girl's gotta have some bling!) in the back collar. It also comes in gold which actually looks like a great deep neutral.
